WorkSafe said yesterday the man was believed to have fallen more than 4 metres. The safety watchdog said the man was airlifted to Perth, but died in Royal Perth Hospital on Monday night.Inspectors travelled to the site yesterday and will investigate the circumstances. It is believed the man was working alone.WorkSafe WA Commissioner Nina Lyhne said any work-related death was a tragedy and relayed her sincere condolences to the man’s family.
