RCR gets new chief

Noordhoek is resigning from the position to pick up his previous chief operating officer role, with RCR saying continued growth had led to the need for Noordhoek’s niche skill set to be focused on COO duties.Dalgleish is the current CEO of United Group Infrastructure and holds senior roles with other project alliances and joint ventures, according to RCR.RCR chairman Roderick Brown said the company was delighted to have Dalgleish on board, after he was selected from an international pool of qualified candidates.“Paul has many attributes and skills, but it was his energy and his record in delivering consistent year upon year growth in earnings resulting from strong management and strategic positioning that most attracted the RCR directors to Paul,” Brown said.Dalgleish’s appointment has also prompted finance analyst Hartleys to reaffirm its buy recommendation for RCR.
