BMD has challenged key clients, partners and suppliers to battle it out on the sand.More than 20 companies from across Brisbane have accepted the challenge, with BMD now set to compete for the title with teams from the likes of Boral, UDIA, Delfin, Devine Springfield Lakes, Queensland Cricket, Australand Holdings, Springfield Land Corporation, AECOM, Queensland Motorways, DLA Phillips Fox and ANZ.The annual Corporate Beach Volleyball Tournament will be held at Sandstorm Beach Club this Thursday, March 25, and will be hosted by beach volleyball Olympian and gold medallist Natalie Cook. The BMD team will be led by group director of operations Scott Power, who will be joined by a number of the group’s senior managers.The event is an offshoot of BMD’s internal Good Health & Wellbeing program, which was designed to break the mould of traditional employee health initiatives. Natalie Cook is the program’s official ambassador.
