Lend Lease said yesterday that it and the Manhattan District Attorney’s office had reached resolution, and there would be no indictment of the company.The fire occurred on August 18, 2007. Lend Lease had been engaged by the New York State and the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation to remove the former 41-storey Deutsche Bank building at 130 Liberty Street.The building had been vacant since late 2001 and at the time of the fire stood at 26 storeys.
