The manufacturer said its customers – including separate hire and rental businesses – are now looking for options other than immediate ownership, with equipment rental being a natural choice for large and small-scale contractors wishing to control expenses and inventory while still employing the right equipment for the job. New Holland said the initiative, called the Rental Partner Program, would offer a variety of different finance options, including attractive retail contracts for rental businesses wanting to own equipment and have a fixed-payment stream, or leasing options that provide state or privately owned companies the cash-flow benefits without the responsibilities of ownership. The program incorporates New Holland’s entire family of products, ranging from skid steers and compact track loaders to telehandlers, loader backhoes and tractor loaders. The program would also include crawler dozers, wheel loaders and hydraulic excavators. “Our priority is to solve customers’ business needs and help them to get the job done,” said Edgar Chavez, director of marketing for New Holland Construction. “The Rental Partner Program allows us to better serve the growing rental market as it offers complete business solutions to rental [businesses] to get quality equipment into their fleets,” he said.
