Kennards continues growth in difficult economic climate

The new branches are in Maroochydore, Queensland; Mittagong, New South Wales; and Drummoyne in Sydney’s inner-west.Kennards national general manager Bill Whitehouse said the new Maroochydore hire centre in Queensland complemented the existing Noosaville branch on the Sunshine Coast.“It provides quicker and easier access to equipment for contractors working along the coast,” Whitehouse said.The new Mittagong hire centre is focused on providing earthmoving, compaction and access equipment, according to Whitehouse.“It fills a gap between branches at Campbelltown, Goulburn and Wollongong centres,” he said.“The new Drummoyne outlet, in Lyons Road, makes it easier for customers working in Sydney’s inner-west. It is situated halfway between other Kennards branches at Rozelle and Burwood.”
