The AVE Technologies 16 - 16 - 4 is a bottling machine, configured for rinsing, filling, and capping glass bottles with a crown seal. This filler was last used on beer in Glass 330ml bottles. Max speed 4000 BPH was last running comfortably at 2500 -3000 BPH Technical Specifications (Typical 16-16- 4 Configuration) Structure:Composed of a 16-gripper rinser, 16 Head valve filler, and 4-head crown capper. Filling Type:Isobaric (counter-pressure) for beer and carbonated soft drinks, ensuring low dissolved oxygen pickup. Double Pre evacuation. Auto Level. Capacity:Generally around 2500- 4000 bottles per hour (BPH) depending on bottle size and product (e.g., 330ml and 640ml). Material:AISI 304/316 stainless steel construction.
